At Timpano-percussion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not content with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all instruments and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated percussion warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
