NJZ-2 is ideal for more distinct soft attack; it is clear like Pacific Ocean, sings melodic line with unseen beauty. It makes waves when rolled gently. Its balanced weight is achieved without brass (or any other) inserts… we order-made our cores and precisely determinate its weight. NJZ-2 is available on perfect thicker rattan or on hand sanded 8.8mm strong cedar shafts.
Combinations:
NJZ-2 will well fit as top mallet with 3 NJZ-1, or in a combination 1-2-2-2, for some cases also as two middle mallets in combination 1-2-2-3. Deep, clear sound, tender but clear attack. NJZ-2 will bring also larger sized bars to ring (Yamaha 6000, Malletech, and Musser). Many players love this mallet for Bach’s slow movements or any music where resonant, tender and rich single notes are needed.
It has dark ocean blue color, extremely durable synthetic mixture Zivkovic-yarn, for minimalizing contact noise.
